How to Play:

Step 1
To draw the court for this game, have one player stand directly below the basketball net holding one end of the rope. Another player stands to one side holding the opposite end and, keeping the rope taut, crosses the court in an arc, drawing a chalk line. Mark seven evenly spaced Xs along the line.

Step 2
The first player stands on the X closest to the right of the hoop and tries to sink a basket. If successful, the player moves to the second X for a shot. Each time a basket is made, the player moves to the next mark.

Step 3
If the player misses, he/she can opt to turn play over to the next shooter and start from that spot on the next turn, or the player can take a chance and try again. If a basket is made, the player continues on; if not, the player must start from the beginning on the next turn.

Step 4
The first child to reach the seventh X and sink a basket wins.
