Why is being CircusFit important to you? CircusFit makes exercising seem more like fun than work and kids need more fun in their lives.
How do you stay CircusFit? I do 200 push-ups and 250 crunches everyday. However, it took me many years to be strong enough to do that many. Kids who are new to getting CircusFit should begin by doing as many as they can and then adding one the next time they exercise. |
