WARM-UP ACTIVITY  
The Wave Stretch
Crouch and form a low, inward-focused position. Then sweep and stretch your body upwards to a high position. Relax and return to the crouched position, and then sweep upwards again.
EXERCISE/ GAME
Organize a game of soccer with friends.
HEALTHY EATING TIP
Feeling tired? Eat some healthy energy food like bananas and low fat granola bars.
CHARACTER BUILDING
Treat others the way you want to be treated.

Don’t cut in line.
 
In hot weather wear loose fitting clothing, preferably made from lightweight cotton as well as light colors.

Why is being CircusFit important to you?
My job requires that I be CircusFit otherwise I could be injured or become sick. I perform a lot of acrobatics so if I were not fit, I would not be able to do my job.

How do you stay CircusFit?
Before each show, I stretch and do warm-up exercises. I eat a healthy meal and keep hydrated by drinking water throughout the show.
