Why is being CircusFit important to you? It is important for me to stay healthy. I must be able to dance for two hours each show so I have to exercise to build my endurance.
How do you stay CircusFit? I do crunches and push-ups. I stretch my legs by doing splits and warm up my ankles by rotating them. I eat a lot of fruits like bananas and mangos. |
