Why is being CircusFit important to you? Staying CircusFit helps to prevent injuries during difficult routines. By exercising, I am able to keep my muscles loose and warm and stay focused on my goals.
How do you stay CircusFit? I make sure I eat a complete and nutritious breakfast. I especially enjoy bananas. I complete several stretching drills and jog. This helps me to stay motivated and focused. |
