WARM-UP ACTIVITY  
Carrot Stretch
While standing, cross your right foot in front of your left. Bend down, touch your right toe, count to eight, and then straighten up. Make sure your back stays straight and does not arch. Cross your left foot in front of your right and repeat the stretch.
EXERCISE/ GAME
Play a game of volleyball with others.
HEALTHY EATING TIP
Eat foods that have been grilled, steamed or baked.
CHARACTER BUILDING
Share if there is something others want.

If you bring a treat to school, bring enough for everyone.
 
Go for a walk or run with your parents, your friends, or your dog.

How do you stay CircusFit?
I do 200 push-ups and 250 crunches everyday. However, it took me many years to be strong enough to do that many. Kids who are new to getting CircusFit should begin by doing as many as they can and then adding one the next time they exercise.
